Personal History:

I was raised in Colorado enjoying outdoor activities and team sports. I learned many valuable life lessons as a teammate including commitment, responsibility, accountability, and the joy of working toward and achieving shared goals. I have always had a passion for building and gain satisfaction from working in an industry where efforts provide tangible results. I met my wife, Angela, in 1984, got married in 1986 and moved to Sacramento in 1989. We have two married sons & a granddaughter and are grateful that they live in the area.  Adam, Alyssa, and Eloise live in Auburn. Ben and Caroline live in Fernley, Nevada. We enjoy outdoor activities as a family including skiing, sailing, off-road motorcycling, mountain biking, hiking, camping, and relaxing on the beach.
