Yolo County Ag Department Shops Building

This project includes the construction of a new 6,020 square foot pre-engineered metal building, complete with interior tenant improvements to accommodate future use. Site work includes adjusted grading and paving, as well as striping and sealing of asphalt to provide clearly marked parking stalls. Additional improvements feature the installation of a new perimeter fence with secure access gates and the addition of two dual electric vehicle charging stations to support sustainable transportation options.
